No refunds. Straight up.

Payments made to DistriBeats — including annual subscriptions, PayOnce distribution, AI Mastering, EPK, DistriLinks, promotion packages and release add-ons — are non-refundable after the applicable service has started, a release has entered processing, or a digital deliverable has been made available, except for the limited exceptions below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

• No partial refunds for unused months of an annual plan.
• No refund of a renewal charged before you cancelled its autopay mandate, except where required by law or caused by our billing error.
• No refunds if you take your catalogue down early.
• No refunds if a release is rejected for breaking our content policies.
• No refunds for promotion packages based on playlist or campaign results — we guarantee the work, not the outcome.

• Full refund if you have not used or started the purchased service and you claim the refund within 24 hours of payment.
• Duplicate charge for the same order — refunded in full.
• A service we could not deliver at all due to our own failure.
• Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

• One-time distribution fees are non-refundable once paid.
• If a release is submitted as human-made and verification later shows it is AI content, the release is rejected and the fee is not refunded.
• Eligible AI distribution payments are final; 25% goes to the Artist Compensation Fund through our partners and 25% directly supports platform costs that keep DistriBeats affordable for real artists.

• India Pro trial: ₹9 for one month and one track, then ₹999/year unless cancelled before renewal.
• Pro trial outside India: 7 days free for one track, then $12.99/year unless cancelled before renewal.
• Artist EPK: 3-month trial, then ₹5 for the first paid month and ₹25/month in India, or $3/year outside India.
• Standalone DistriLinks: 1-month trial, then ₹20/month in India or $3/year outside India.
• Cancelling stops the service's autopay mandate and future charges; it does not refund a completed payment or end access before the current paid period expires.
• The mandate ceiling may be up to 50% above the recurring plan price, but the ordinary debit remains the displayed renewal price.

A takedown fee of ₹2,000 per song applies to Collab and annual subscription releases. PayOnce releases have no takedown fee. A takedown charge is a processing fee and is not a refund of the original distribution payment.

You can cancel any time from the Account tab. Cancelling stops future billing and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us result in immediate account suspension.
