Terms of service

• You must be 13 or older, and 18+ (or have a guardian) to receive payouts.
• One account per artist or label. Keep your login details to yourself.
• Collab Artist accounts require manual approval before the dashboard unlocks.

You keep 100% ownership of your masters and compositions. You grant DistriBeats a non-exclusive licence to deliver, host and monetise your music on stores and platforms you select, for as long as your release is live.

• You own or control every right in what you upload, including samples and covers.
• Your metadata is accurate and does not impersonate another artist.
• Your content follows our Fraud & Low-Effort Content Policy.

• PayOnce and annual subscription releases receive AI priority approval in about 2 minutes when automated checks pass; manual approval takes up to 24 hours when required.
• Free Collab releases receive no priority approval and manual approval can take up to 3 business days.
• PayOnce releases can be live on stores within 3 business days, annual subscription releases within 9 business days and free Collab releases within 14 business days.
• These are service targets, not guarantees, because each store controls final acceptance and publishing.

• Royalty balances are reported in USD in your dashboard.
• Withdrawals unlock at $50 via bank transfer, UPI (India) or PayPal.
• Store reporting lags real streams by 45–90 days — that's the DSPs, not us.
• Fraudulent streams are clawed back and can void a balance entirely.

• Customers in India are charged in INR. Customers in every other country are charged in USD. These are separate fixed price lists, not currency conversions.
• Pro Artist, AI Pro and Label are annual subscriptions. We first try to create an autopay mandate; if mandate setup is unavailable, checkout may offer a manual one-time payment for that annual term.
• The India Pro trial costs ₹9 for one month and includes one track, then renews to Pro Artist at ₹999/year. Outside India, the Pro trial is free for 7 days and includes one track, then renews at $12.99/year.
• Artist EPK includes a 3-month trial, then costs ₹5 for the first paid month and ₹25/month in India, or $3/year outside India. Standalone DistriLinks includes a 1-month trial, then costs ₹20/month in India or $3/year outside India.
• Autopay authorisation may display a maximum debit amount up to 50% above the current recurring price. This is mandate headroom only; we charge the price shown for the applicable billing cycle unless you separately approve another charge or a lawful price change takes effect.
• You can cancel a recurring service from your account. Cancellation stops its autopay mandate and future renewals, while paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.

We can reject, pause or take down a release that breaks these terms, a store's rules or the law. Repeat or serious violations end the account permanently, with no refund of any paid plan.

This is the main difference with DistriBeats: if you cancel or do not renew your plan, your existing songs stay live on stores instead of being pulled. Royalties earned during an unrenewed period cannot be collected or paid out until the plan is renewed, and your music stays live until you request a takedown. Takedowns cost ₹2,000 per song on Collab and annual subscription plans; PayOnce releases have no takedown fee.

These terms, plan pricing, fees and service policies can be changed at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page is the version that applies.

The platform is provided "as is". Klaslead Productions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for store outages, third-party delivery delays or lost revenue beyond the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
